Message	sellers refuse to let their car go that low. Just like that auction...he -won't- sell it for that low, although the buyer's aren't willing to pay for much more. So, you're right, it is somewhat of a buyer's market right now, you just have to hunt down that perfect seller who's in a financial pinch and take advantage of it.
